This amendment will allow medical doctors to incorporate complementary therapies into their practices without fear of retribution from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of B.C.. This bill will also ensure that citizens have the freedom to access physicians offering the therapy of their choice.
Citizens Supporting Complementary Medicine and the Chelation Association of B.C. urge all citizens of British Columbia to write to their MLA's urging them to pass this important legislation. We ask that each person send a photocopy of their letter to the Minister of Health, Michael Farnworth, the Premier, Ujjal Dosanjh, Steve Orcherton, MLA and a copy to Citizens Supporting Complementary Medicine, c/o PO Box 27098, 1395 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, B.C. V7T 1H0. The copies sent to the PO Box will be broadcast faxed to all MLA’s in the province.
